This community was started by a handful of local builders around 2003. Prominent local builders such as Greg Conley, Dana James and Bill Bath as well as a few others built out the majority of the first three phases. The fourth and final phase is currently being built out by Oconee County‘s own Dickens Builders.

Boulder Springs is a swim and tennis community that is districted to some of the best public schools in the state. Homes range in price from the high 300s to the 600s.
